Actor Pool Consent

Consent, visibility, project approval, withdrawal, safety, and data rules for GenReelz actor-pool participation.

Last updatedJune 17, 2026

These public trust pages are written as operational platform rules for GenReelz. They do not replace legal advice, but they define the production baseline for accounts, uploads, contests, support, rights, and consent.

Pool participation

Joining the actor pool should only signal interest in being considered for consent-based AI film roles, casting calls, or creator projects.

Pool participation does not guarantee work, payment, visibility, contact, casting, sponsorship, or use in any project.

Project-specific consent

Being in the actor pool should not automatically authorize use of a person's image, likeness, voice, photos, profile, or identity in a project.

Each project should define the requested use, visibility, duration, creator, compensation terms if any, and approval status before work begins.

Control and withdrawal

Actor-pool participants should be able to update profile details, remove photos, hide visibility, withdraw from the pool, and request deletion or export.

Withdrawal may not instantly remove already approved or legally retained records, but future visibility and project consideration should stop after review.

Minors and safety

Minor participation requires strict safeguards, guardian consent where applicable, limited visibility, moderated contact, and stronger review rules.

Casting calls, messages, profile access, and project approvals should be moderated and logged to reduce exploitation, impersonation, or unsafe contact.
