Privacy Policy

How GenReelz should handle account data, creator profiles, uploads, casting details, analytics, safety logs, and support activity.

Last updatedJune 17, 2026

These public trust pages are written as operational platform rules for GenReelz. They do not replace legal advice, but they define the production baseline for accounts, uploads, contests, support, rights, and consent.

Data we use

GenReelz may process account details, profile information, creator bios, uploads, votes, saves, comments, reports, support records, device signals, and operational logs.

Casting and actor-pool features may include profile photos, role preferences, availability, consent records, and project-specific approval status.

Why we use it

Data is used to run the platform, protect accounts, power rankings, manage contests, process claims, enforce rules, support creators, and improve discovery.

Security, fraud, payment, moderation, and audit events may be retained when needed to protect users, creators, and the service.

Controls

Users should be able to update account details, manage public profile information, request deletion, withdraw from actor-pool visibility, and request support for privacy issues.

Creator claims, takedowns, dispute records, payout records, and safety logs may require review before deletion or may be retained when legally necessary.

Protection

Sensitive sessions, role changes, admin actions, payouts, uploads, and actor consent flows should use strong access control, audit logs, and server-side validation.

Private data should not be sold as a standalone product. Public creator and video pages may be indexed and shared unless visibility controls say otherwise.
