Rules for creator support, boosts, fees, refunds, payout transparency, fraud review, and payment safety.
Last updatedJune 17, 2026
These public trust pages are written as operational platform rules for GenReelz. They do not replace legal advice, but they define the production baseline for accounts, uploads, contests, support, rights, and consent.
What support means
Support and boosts are ways to financially encourage a creator, profile, project, or video when the feature is available.
A support action does not guarantee custom work, creator replies, sponsorship, casting access, ranking placement, contest outcomes, or future rewards.
Fees and payouts
Payment flows should show gross support, platform fee, processing fee, creator estimate, currency, payout timing, and any tax or provider restrictions.
Payouts may require identity verification, payout account approval, fraud review, minimum thresholds, and compliance with creator terms.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, duplicate payments, mistaken payments, and fraud concerns should follow a clear support workflow.
GenReelz may hold or reverse support linked to abuse, rights disputes, unclaimed external content, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
Safety
Large or unusual payments, high-frequency boosts, minors, suspicious cards, payout changes, or creator-claim mismatches should trigger extra review.
Creators and supporters must not use support flows for bribery, manipulation, harassment, off-platform scams, or prohibited transactions.
